Dextera at the Pyli Health Center: Supporting the Expansion of the National Telemedicine Network

Dextera’s CEO and Managing Partner, Ioannis Drakopoulos, alongside Business Development Director, Fotis Kouris, recently attended a landmark event at the Pyli Health Center, focused on the expansion of the Greek National Telemedicine Network (ΕΔΙΤ), an initiative rolled out under the auspice of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0".
During the event, Ioannis Drakopoulos presented the network's operational capabilities in the presence of key dignitaries, including the Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, and the Governor of the 5th Health Region (Υ.ΠΕ.) of Thessaly & Central Greece, Fotis Seretis, both of whom commended the upgraded primary healthcare services now accessible to citizens.
The presentation was followed by a live demonstration of a telemedicine evaluation, successfully connecting the Pyli Health Center in real time with the Outpatient Clinics of the University General Hospital of Larissa.
The Coordinating Director of the Pyli Health Center, Giannis Koutsonasios, thanked the leadership for selecting their unit for this national showcase and emphasized that telemedicine is a powerful new tool for primary care medical professionals, yielding immense benefits for local communities and citizens.
