Models

  1. Basic: Core vital signs, ECG, digital stethoscope, and teleconsultation.

  2. Advanced: Everything in Basic, plus a dermatoscope, otoscope/ENT attachment, examination camera, and spirometer.

  3. Emergency / Field: Everything in Advanced, plus enhanced ruggedness, extended battery autonomy, and support for emergency field operations—along with the option to add devices such as a biochemistry analyzer, hematology analyzer, and portable ultrasound.

Compatibility

  • Compatible with national and regional telemedicine systems.

  • Integration capability with HIS / EHR for unified documentation and continuity of care.

  • Support for international interoperability standards (HL7 / FHIR, where required).

  • Seamless operation over mobile networks and secure enterprise infrastructures (secure connectivity).

Usage Restrictions

  • Does not replace a physical medical examination or hospital care where required.

  • Must be operated by trained personnel, in line with the applicable clinical protocols.

  • Full functionality depends on network availability (mobile/Wi-Fi) for data transmission and teleconsultation.

  • Battery autonomy varies depending on workload and the devices in use.

  • Operates in compliance with the applicable national regulatory framework for healthcare delivery and data protection.

Healthcare needs don’t stop at hospital doors. In reality, delivering care is often constrained by geography, operational limitations, and time—while clinical staff remain limited and unevenly distributed. Health systems need solutions that deliver flexibility, speed, and resilience—especially during periods of pressure or crisis.

The Mobile Telemedicine Unit

  • Bridges the gap between the field and established healthcare structures.

  • Turns telemedicine from a “pilot project” into a fully operational capability—ready for everyday use.

  • Strengthens health policies that support:

  • Equitable access

  • Prevention

  • Preparedness and crisis management

In simple terms:

It exists because healthcare should go to the citizen, not the other way around.

Operational Context and Clinical Impact

Performance Indicators

  • Time to First Clinical Assessment (Time to First Assessment)

  • Reduction/avoidance rate of unnecessary patient transfers

  • Time to Clinical Decision

  • Percentage of cases successfully resolved in the field (without referral/transfer)

  • Emergency Department (ED) and hospital workload (visits, caseload, overcrowding)

  • Population coverage with out-of-hospital healthcare services (reach/accessibility)

Measured and Expected Outcomes

  • 30–50% faster clinical assessment (reduced time to evaluation).

  • 20–40% fewer unnecessary transfers, with more targeted referrals.

  • More cases successfully resolved outside the hospital, with safe on-site management.

  • Improved accessibility and more equitable healthcare delivery, regardless of location.

  • Measurable relief for healthcare facilities and strengthened operational readiness during periods of pressure or crisis.

Access to Medical Assessment

It ensures immediate access to medical assessment and support wherever there is no permanent healthcare infrastructure or an available physician. Ideal for remote areas, mobile operations/units, and high-pressure operational environments—where time and the right decision make all the difference.

Operational and Clinical Constraints

  1. Delays in clinical decision-making

  2. Unnecessary or delayed patient transfers, costing time and resources

  3. Overcrowded hospitals and Emergency Departments (EDs) due to cases that can be assessed and guided remotely

  4. Limited availability of frontline medical staff, especially outside urban centers

  5. Lack of reliable clinical data at the point of care, making evidence-based decisions and continuity of care harder

Service Delivery Function

It addresses the need for timely, reliable remote clinical assessment—right where the citizen is. It ensures continuity of care and immediate coordination with the organized healthcare system, without requiring the on-site presence of a specialist physician in the field.
